I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 
 
The business owner has made the resolution to this issue VERY simple!  in response to their claim of having sent refund IN FULL, simply have them submit RECEIPT of said payment.  Let it be recorded that I have had an actual conversation with the owner AFTER he claimed to have sent said money order, where he promised to pay going forward.
 
For the record:  A refund was SENT!  I informed him I had not received it.  As recent as yesterday October 6, 2014, the owner offered to MEET me, to provide payment IN FULL!
 
So for clarity purposes, the owner has already SENT payment, of which he has not had returned in the mail, YET he wants to MEET me to make restitution.  That's mighty generous, if you ask me.
 
Please advise the owner that I am in the process of leaving REVIEWS detailing his lack of professionalism on EVERY travel, hospitality, & business website in the state of Va.  MY reputation ISNT at stake here.  I WILL NOT respond to another message!! If payment is NOT received by the close of business Monday, I will allow Mr. [redacted] the opportunity to plead his case before a judge!!!
 
Let it also be stated, that this owner took payment in full, for something for my WEDDING, & he did not show up!
I could care less about who was satisfied with you in the past....I'm DISGUSTED with who you are TODAY!!

After I found myself in a bad financial situation and several failed attempts to get myself back on track financially, bankruptcy was my last resort. In reference with [redacted] we have offered her a full refund, mailed out a money order once already to the address provided by her and she says that she didn't receive it, yet we have not received retuened mail either.
 That is why we offered to meet with her an provide the refund yet again.... Which was issued one already. Ms. [redacted] has been less that courteous and very disrespectful to deal with. We did provide her with notice via her wedding coordinator, that we would not be able to make the release as we have a family emergency. We are not at fault for her staff not properly relaying that message, we are not comfortable mailing yet another refund by when one has been mailed and she claims to have never received it. 
We have many satisfied customers and this seems to be the only one that we can not please with whatever option we have offered to her.

Review: Enlisted the services of [redacted] DOVE RELEASE of [redacted] to release doves at my wedding on Sunday August 31, 2014. They were paid IN FULL, prior to the day of wedding. They did NOT show up for the wedding. I have reached out, called multiple times, & never got a response. When I finally called from a different phone number, the owner answered, claimed he called to cancel, became hostile, & rude. They promised to send a refund check last week in he amount of $250.00, but I have yet to receive it. I'm also complaining about their lack of professionalism.Desired Settlement: A CERTIFIED CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER in the amount of $250.00.I DO NOT want a personal or business check from this business!

This is UNACCEPTABLE!! I have been contacted by the business owner, since filing the complaint with Revdex.com. He has had more than enough opportunity to provide said refund. He has basically CHALLENGED me to take legal action against him. There is absolutely NO reason for he & I to meet. He has my address, & has gone as far as LIE that he had already SENT refund! I will accept NOTHING less than payment in FULL by cashier's check or money order by Monday October 14, or I will proceed with the owner's suggestion of taking him to court! I would advise EVERYONE to steer clear of this unprofessional individual, much less pay him in advance. I'm done with listening to his lies & false promises! I expect for the Revdex.com to publicize the transgressions of this business owner, & penalize him accordingly!

To compromise my wedding day is bad, but to STEAL MY MONEY IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

This owner AGAIN has TOTALLY disregarded the issue at hand. I have given him SEVERAL opportunities to make this right! You're pretending that you've made payment, by money order no less, yet you refuse to provide PROOF/TRACKING info.

You're PRETENDING to want to provide refund, YET.....you've made ZERO attempt to make payment. The [redacted], & every other shipping company provides protection for those sending payments. I live in [redacted], & you live in [redacted] There is absolutely no reason for you to BRING The payment to me! You're obviously trying to buy time, & it's shameful! You've already been proven to have misrepresented yourself to the Revdex.com! Not very smart.

By the way, I'm going to utilize ALL of this against you, if you force me to take you to court! If you think I'm not serious.....I guess I will have to show you!

You say you have satisfied customers, but it only takes ONE DISSATISFIED one, to ruin your reputation! I'm assuming that's why you've recently taken down your [redacted]. Social media makes it difficult for Thieves like yourself to stay in business! You want to continue to play games, & think you're going to get away with stealing from me, & messing up my wedding day???
