charm bracelet we repaired.
To address the issues in your complaint, I want to emphasize the problem of the missing charm was of important concern to us. I am sorry that I apparently did not communicate this to you. However, as I indicated to you, since the shop involves complicated machinery and procedures, it took four days to locate the charm since we did not find it in the obvious places.
You came in to pick-up the bracelet mid-week , at which time we discovered that one of the three charms was missing. As I explained to you, that since we could not find an immediate answer, we would need time to explore all the possible reasons. This included disassembling, buffing and cleaning equipment which could only be done on Sunday when the store and the shops are closed.
The charm was located and you were called Monday morning. We returned the charm to you with our apologies and with no charge for the repair work done on the charm bracelet.
Since your complaint does not indicate that the charm was returned to you, I would appreciate it if you would contact the Revdex.com to let them know that there was a successful resolution.
