Mr [redacted] had his truck towed in for a no start condition, upon inspection of vehicle we found that the vehicle had about gallons of water in the gas, due to a hole that was cut in the bed floor and a fuel tank seal that was no in it's proper position, this is a repair that was not performed by my shop I believe Mr [redacted] said he and his neighbor did it putting in a new fuel pump While inspecting vehicle we also advised the customer that we recommended a new distributor cap and rotor button due to these engines being know for problems with them and his was very corroded inside Mr [redacted] gave us verbal permission to remove the water tainted fuel from the vehicle, cleaned the fuel tank, installed the seal properly, sealed the hole in the bed floor (that should not have been put there), flushed the fuel lines replaced the fuel filter (which he was not charge for because it was not in the original estimate that Mr [redacted] approved) installed gallons of fresh gas and changed the distributor cap and rotor button Test drove vehicle and all was fine Mr [redacted] picked his vehicle up and drove miles and then called back to say that his vehicle would not start again, we advised him to bring it back for repair Mr [redacted] said that due to the bad weather his tow truck would not be able to come and get it, so we sent the tow service that we use to pick up the vehicle After the vehicle arrived we brought it right in to the shop because Mr [redacted] said that he would be needing it to go to work on Monday, upon inspection we found that the ignition coil was bad, we called Mr [redacted] with a estimate which he gave verbal approval for again Mr [redacted] was called to phis vehicle and upon his arrival was very disgruntled, degrading and curing my employee, even though we tried to explain that the vehicle had two different problems, he would not listen to reason Mr [redacted] was not charged ANY labor which could ahve been $check out, and $for repair on the second time the vehicle was here only for the part and the two bill and he still was not happy, we were never informed to fix the check engine light, only to get the vehicle running If you would take a look at the prices he has that he paid you can compare them to his bills that he paid and see that he is a liar, the first $( he said 363) the second was $( he said 140)I think if the truck was towed in, repaired, then driven miles (which can also be seen on his copy of the bills) that we fixed the truck, and then a miles later the ignition coil went bad As far as him saying the fuel filter leaks I know nothing about this it was never mentioned to me, and him getting a new truck because he can not trust that one well is has miles on it and didn't Revdex.com Note: response ended in the middle of a sentence

It wouldn't have been possible for them to start truck if there was that much water in the tankThe hole had been in the bed for yearsThe ignition coil is 6" away from distributor capThey had the truck twice, they didn't fix itThe fuel filter is now leakingThey didn't tighten up fuel filter lineI was ripped offI want a full refund

Mr. [redacted] had his truck towed in for a no start condition,  upon inspection of vehicle we found that the vehicle had about 2 gallons of water in the gas, due to a hole that was cut in the bed floor and a fuel tank seal that was no in it's proper position, this is a repair that was not performed...

by my shop I believe Mr. [redacted] said he and his neighbor did it putting in a new fuel pump.  While inspecting vehicle we also advised the customer that we recommended a new distributor cap and rotor button due to these engines being know for problems with them and his was very corroded inside.  Mr. [redacted] gave us verbal permission to remove the water tainted fuel from the vehicle, cleaned the fuel tank, installed the seal properly, sealed the hole in the bed floor (that should not have been put there), flushed the fuel lines replaced the fuel filter (which he was not charge for because it was not in the original estimate that Mr. [redacted] approved) installed 2.5 gallons of fresh gas and changed the distributor cap and rotor button.  Test drove vehicle and all was fine.  Mr. [redacted] picked his vehicle up and drove 109 miles and then called back to say that his vehicle would not start again, we advised him to bring it back for repair.  Mr. [redacted] said that due to the bad weather his tow truck would not be able to come and get it, so we sent the tow service that we use to pick up the vehicle.  After the vehicle arrived we brought it right in to the shop because Mr. [redacted] said that he would be needing it to go to work on Monday, upon inspection we found that the ignition coil was bad, we called Mr. [redacted] with a estimate which he gave verbal approval for again.  Mr. [redacted] was called to pic-up his vehicle and upon his arrival was very disgruntled, degrading and curing my employee, even though we tried to explain that the vehicle had two different problems, he would not listen to reason.  Mr. [redacted] was not charged ANY labor which could ahve been $60 check out, and $18 for repair on the second time the vehicle was here only for the part and the two bill and he still was not happy, we were never informed to fix the check engine light, only to get the vehicle running.  If you would take a look at the prices he has that he paid you can compare them to his bills that he paid and see that he is a liar, the first $363.13 ( he said 363) the second was $127.18 ( he said 140). I think if the truck was towed in, repaired, then driven 109 miles (which can also be seen on his copy of the bills) that we fixed the truck, and then a 109 miles later the ignition coil went bad.  As far as him saying the fuel filter leaks I know nothing about this it was never mentioned to me, and him getting a new truck because he can not trust that one well is has 258.723 miles on it and didn't
