We own a large historic home in MarshallWe had been having uses with noises in the ceiling a few years backOver the phone and in person they were great! They determined we had bats and explained the process in detail
We went ahead and accepted them to take care of it Everything seemed to go OK and we stopped hearing noises
Anyway about a month goes by and we started seeing bed bugsObviously we are freaking out!!!! We had Orkin come and we explained our situationThey took a bug back and determined it was actually bat bugsNot once did Mr Bowers mention these to usThey live off the bats and once the bats left flooded into the houseStrike one
We hired them again when we had a chipmunk getting into the car and destroying thingsThey caught everything BUT a chipmunkIn fact I was rather upset that we called to have him come pick up a squirrel and it took him THREE DAYS TO COME AND PICK IT UP (obviously it died) we moved it out of the sun but it didn't help.This was all over $btw!! I eventually got it with a rat snap trapStrike two
Fast forward to this last yearI'm mowing and find a weird piece of flashing in the yardWe started hearing all sorts of CRAZY and scary thumps and scratchingWe obviously hired a different company to look into itSo Bowers used cheap flashing and left edges exposed so raccoons ripped it off, invaded and the bats came back as wellThe repairs the new company did were quality materials and they even found areas that other bats had gotten into that Bowers missedStrike threeOut
Anyway we spent over $with Bowers and got basically nothing for it (live and learn)Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
