I want to share my experience so others may be aware. There are many reviews about this product not hurting joints (e.g. knees and hips). After reading up I decided to try the product. However, in the 6 week return window my joints were not hurting me. However after 3 months I can definitely feel the pain in my joints. When I called to ask if I could return the item of course past the window due to my joint issues of course they don't make exceptions for folks. So I'm stuck with the 1700 dollar payment and can't use the machine. Just a little heads up for folks who have joint pain and my experience with the product.
