The absolute worst Archery Business I have ever dealt withCustomer service is rude and uncooperativeI called to try and resolve a shipping issue and received nothing but attitudeThey charged me for express shipping through the USPS and when I contacted the USPS they confirmed with me that they charged less that half of what I paid in shipping, the package was not shipped expressWhen I contacted the company they gave me the run around and nothing but attitude, please do not use this company ever! Their prices might be a little lower on certain items but that will not make up for the headaches and attitudes

I am rejecting this response because:
the company bowhunter super store had in print 'nocks and inserts([redacted])included' in the heading for the product. the error was on behave of bowhunter super store not the manufacturer. the aluminum inserts were not...

listed as included. stainless steel, regardless of cost was listed AS INCLUDED. bss is attemting to short change the consumer for there error with a cheaper alternative. if I was interested in the low quality, cheap aluminum inserts I would have accepted that offer. im not asking for anything more than what I had origionally been led to believe I was purchasing. nothing more. 
in my origional complain I should have written exactly as was written on the website 'nocks and inserts([redacted])included' there are two types of inserts to my knowledge & the type provided and noted in the heading were stainless steel([redacted]) im not attempting to gain anything extra just the product I purchased as advertised. 
I cannot copy paste my invoice via iphone in this format. nor does my invoice state that inserts are included. I dont have any proof that the heading said 'nocks and inserts([redacted])included' on paper because it was changed after my complaint. if there is any way to see that a change has occured to the website that is all I have. im an honest person, when I made the complaint I thought the inserts were forgotten. if I thought I was going to get ripped off I would have taken screen captures of the headline. its basically my word as the consumer vs the word of the company. I have nothing to gain but what I have already been fooled into paying for. I emailed bss twice & recieved no reply. I see now that was to leave no paper trail. the headline was not changed until after my second email. again I have no paper proof just my word & the change that occured to the website. thanks againRegards,

that is a bold faced lie. all *three* grades of arrows that came from [redacted] as advertised on bss said 'nocks and inserts([redacted])included.' aluminum inserts were only available purchased in addition to the included stainless steel. I have no 'edited proof' like bss presents. I already see bss is an F on the Revdex.com so I cant hope for much more than what has been delivered. thanks you

Review: On the main homepage of Bowhunter's Superstore website, they run a [redacted]eting campaign that guarantees the best price available. If a competing website lists a price, they state that they will match or beat the price by 5%. I took all the requested steps and provided the website and availability of a product that was listed on [redacted]'s website that was priced several dollars below Bowhunter's Superstore and I received a less than satisfactory response from the owner [redacted]. It seems like you have a poor idea of how to operate a business. If you are going to post on your website that you match or beat a price and guarantee it you better honor that policy.

It’s sad that you cannot even compose an email and explain with a complete thought why you will not honor it.

Review: Tried to order crossbow from web site not in stock. Contacted customer service [redacted] told me the site not current not in stock and go somewhere else. If they advertise the product they should sell it. The price was good.The company not.I spent over 2 hours over this order. They owe me the product at that price.[redacted] needs more customer service training.Desired Settlement: Sell me what they advertise for the price they quote or take it off web site.

This website was a complete waste of my time. My order had 1 item back ordered, by the time I complained that I wanted the rest of my order shipping ASAP they charged me extra shipping and I received my items 8 weeks after ordering them (too late to be useful). When it arrived, one of my items had exploded and the postal service had to enclose the box in a bag to keep it from spilling. I received no customer service when I complained. It took weeks to get a response from anyone.

Review: I ordered the product in September, but because manufacturer can't deliver the product it never got shipped to me. Beginning of February I wanted to cancel the purchase and get a refund.

First time when I called in sales representative let me know that my order is now canceled and I will been refunded within a week.

Week passed, called in again. Another sales person told me that my order is not canceled. I wanted to know why but she didn't know and she canceled by herself again and told me I will get a check with the refund. I paid with [redacted] but because so much time had passed they could not send me refund trough [redacted].

I said ok, and another week passed without refund check. Called in again and then they told me that the company cuts checks twice a month and I will definitely get my refund. I asked when will that happen she told me 17 of February. Now Today 2/25/2014 another week has passed and I called in again. Now they giving me excuse that the person who can sign checks is in hospital and they don't know when he will be back. And they will not send me money back trough [redacted]. I feel I will never see that money again. And it's not a small amount.

Review: The company gave me a return authorization number to return my item. I paid for shipping of the item back to them for a full refund. They told me how to return the item via email. I did what they said. They accused me of mounting the item on my bow and I did NOT. They mailed the item back to me and refused the refund. I am out over $130 and have a site that I do not want. They said it was broken. I did not break it so if it's broke, they mailed it to me broken. They are not standing behind the merchandise. I want a refund and do not want the product they told me I could return.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of this item put back on my [redacted] card that was used to pay for it.

Review: I placed an internet order on January 2, 2014. I received a USPS tracking number on Jan 3, 2014 that said my package was at the dispatch facility in [redacted], PA. Today, January 10, 2014, it shows the same information. I called Bowhunters Superstore on January 9, 2014 and the lady told me to go to my local post office and get them to track it because they would have better information than tracking it on line. How crazy was that. I obliged and went the morning of the 10th to my local post office just to find out it is still showing at the sort facility in [redacted], PA. So, I called bowhunters superstore again on the 10th and the lady said she would check into it and call me back. Still waiting on a call..........Desired Settlement: Refund to credit card for goods "NOT RECEIVED"

Review: On March 18th I ordered 3 [redacted] turkey diaphragm calls. On March 20th, I received 3 [redacted] turkey diaphragm calls from Bowhunters Superstore. These were NOT the diaphragm calls that I ordered. I then emailed [redacted] at Bowhunter Superstore (March 20th) letting her know about the incorrect products that I'd received. Her response, was: The [redacted] Diaphragm have been discontinued. The ones I shipped are identical to them. Please return them if you would like. I asked for her to send a return shipping label so that I could send the turkey calls back to them. She said that she couldn't send me any return shipping labels but that Bowhunters Superstore would refund both my initial purchase plus the cost of me shipping the items back to them. I shipped the items on March 21 and they were received a few days later. I was then contacted by [redacted] from Bowhunters Superstore (March 26) and questioned about why I sent the items back to them. I explained that the items sent to me were not the items that I initially ordered and that I expected to have my account credited in a timely manner. She told me that the lady that does the refunds was out for the afternoon and that she would pass on the information to her. Today, March 30th, I called and spoke with [redacted] who answered the phone at Bowhunters Superstore, explained to her my situation. She takes my phone number down and tells me someone will call me shortly. I then get a call from [redacted] at Bowhunters Superstore who proceeds to tell me that the lady who takes care of the refunds is sick. I feel like I'm getting the runaround by this business. There's always someone willing to take your order and take your money along with it, but no one available to credit your account when they bait and switch an order. I should have been told about the discontinued item right from the start and I wouldn't even be having this problem. I've never experienced such negligence by a business, where they take it upon themselves to send you an item that you DID NOT order, because it is "similar" to the discontinued item. This has been a horrible experience.Desired Settlement: Refund My Credit Card
