I like to add that I did receive one voice message from the technician in August on my house landline, but the technician almost purposefully (in my opinion) left a message where I could not understand the last digits of the number I checked my caller ID for the number, but could not find a similar number I never received a call on my cell phone (the phone I asked the company to use)

Review: A technician came to my house in late July (July 25, 2014 I believe) to look at my microwave. He looked at it for about 5 minutes and quoted a price that was more than I expected to change a part. He explained that my mounted microwave needed to be taken down to change the part and that was the reason for the higher than expected cost. I found out later that the microwave did not have to be dismounted and I called the technician to explain this the same day. He then called back and quoted a lower price. I asked them to order the part for replacement. Since then I have not heard from the technician. I have called the company and they give me a number for customer service that no one answers. I called back at least 4 times in the last 5 days and they said they would get the technician to call me back. I have heard nothing, so I tried calling again today and the phone goes dead after one ring. My concerns: (1) The misinformation and high quote that resulted from the technician's statement that more work would be required than that which was necessary. (2) This position I was placed in by having to owe the company for just the 5 minute visit that happened almost 2 months ago that is still without a resolution (3) the companies failure to respond to my concerns (4) the technicians failure to contact me (5) the company allowing the technician to ignore my request for contact. The work number I was given for the job is [redacted]. The customer service number I was given is [redacted].Desired Settlement: IT has taken so long and with so much effort on my part to get a simple response from this company, I do not believe they deserve any kind of compensation.
