following: 6/24: "I have begun editing and wont be finished until Sunday
night (28th)" ,6/30: "DVD titles will be completed today and I will
contact your assistant for drop off"Beginning Monday July 06,I
started to contact MsS*** via email and phone inquiring about my product
which has been paid in full in the amount of $I called and emailed
everyday and to this day, MsS*** has not answered any of my phone calls,
return any messages nor has she given me a reason as to why my product has not
been delivered to me or when it will be deliveredAfter almost a month of trying to reach MsS***, I received only out of the promised DVDS and no raw footage of the program on Saturday July 18thUpon viewing the video I noticed the following things: The picture was blurry, the DVD was out of focus for the majority of the video, key moments of the dances were not captured, she spoke in the mic during of the routines, she did not capture our slide show and only half of the ending awards show was capturedMs.S*** of Bowie Media Inc did not produce quality work for my businessShe is careless, unorganized, unprofessional and does not stick to written agreements
