We are investigating the complaint referenced above, which was filed with your agency on October 7, The Office of Admissions at Bowie State University acknowledges the Series of email exchanges between the complainant and the admissions counselor who was handling the admissions
application. At this time, however, we are in the process of determining our responsibility, if any, for any miscommunication which may have occurred between the university’s admissions counselor and the complainant regarding the documents needed to complete the application processWithin the next days, we will make a decision regarding the legitimacy of the complaint, after which we will seek to resolve the dispute amicably. Within the next 10 days, we will make a decision regarding the legitimacy of the complaint, after which we will seek to resolve the dispute amicably.
