From: Date: Mon, Feb 29, at 3:PMSubject: Re: Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] To: ***l@cleve***.Revdex.com.org Good Afternoon Ms***, Our company is in receipt of your letter, dtd 2-16-which we received on February 25, The Complainant appears to be [redacted] and his complaint is regarding slow delivery services Ms***, as you can see from our response to Mr [redacted] (see below email exchanges), his package was mailed out the first business day after his order was received As you will not from our correspondence to Mr [redacted] , we (Bowled Solutions) does not have control over the (in)efficiencies of the USPS as to their speed of delivery All we can do is mail it the quickest we can, which we did and which is verifiable, Ms*** We have been in business for years and this is the very first complaint of any kind from anyone regarding our professionalism, product quality or timely service Though we understand, Mr [redacted] 's frustration, we are indeed disappointed that Mr [redacted] would take such action, especially, since we responded in an immediate, professional, timely manner to his email communications Ms***, under separate email we have provided you with additional correspondence from Mr [redacted] , expressing that he has received his package and offered an apology to us (Bowled Solutions) as he was able to ascertain that the fault for the slow delivery resided with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and not with Bowled Solutions Ms***, in closing, we would appreciate if you would remove this from our record, as it has no legitimate merit, as verified by the documented evidence from the USPS and the acknowledged apology from Mr [redacted] himself If you wish to reach out to me directly, you may do so via my direct email address: mw [redacted] @bowledsolutions.com Thank you, Ms [redacted] in advance for your cooperation and for working with us Warm regards, Thank you, Marshall W [redacted] II President BOWLED SOLUTIONS® CORPORATION West Ridge Rd Suite Elyria, OH www.bowledsolutions.com
