The company refunded my money. Oddly enough they miraculously responded the day I put the complaint in. I will never do business with them again, but at least I got back my payment.

Thank you for your help. My account has finally been fully refunded. Never received any merchandise or responses from anyone. But mysteriously my funds were returned. So I am fully satisfied with the outcome,and consider this issue resolved. Again, thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Review: I ordered a shirt from Bowler's Dream online on November 11th. I received a notice on November 16th stating that my package had shipped. Today is December 9th, and I have yet to receive my package. I have emailed 3 times asking for a tracking number or more information on when I can expect my package and I have not received a response back. The website states that the returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. I wanted this shirt for my son's first birthday back in November and since it didn't come by then, I would like to return it. I would also like to know where my package is.Desired Settlement: I think this business has a responsibility to acknowledge me, let me know the status of my package, and refund my order. In a perfect world, I would also like the shipping refunded since I have experienced such poor customer service and I paid $16 to have it delivered, but I at least want a refund on the shirt.

Review: On August 10, 2015, I ordered a pair of 3G/DynoThane Sport deluxe bowling shoes. Received confirmation of oder received, NO TRACKING NUMBER LISTED. Did not receive the shoes, tried calling, leaving messages, e-mailed NO RESPONSE. Went to my bank to see what I could do since they had already taken the money out. was told to wait a month, went back on September 11, 2015 and they put in a dispute to the company. Received a letter from my bank dated November 23, 2015 stating that BOWLERS DREAM DECLINED to reimburse my account. It appears that this has also happened to other consumers as well. I would like to have my refund of $100.80 returned to me. I no longer want the merchandise from this company as I have lost trust in this business.Desired Settlement: It is November 30, 2015 and I would like to have the $100. 80 returned to me to settle this matter. The original order was August 10, 2015 and contacting this company for any reason is impossible.

Review: I returned two bowling balls for exchange. The reason for the return was that one of the balls were for a left-handed bowler and I ordered it for a right-hand. The other ball had a 1 to 2 inch pin and I need at least a 3 to 4 inch pin. The reason for this is that I throw a curve and being that the ball had a 1 to 2 inch pin, It could only be drilled for straight and still be legal for tournaments. After returning the balls, which I had to pay for even though it was their mistake, I received confirmation of delivery but never received anything in exchange or a refund. I emailed them and they replied asking for my confirmation of delivery so I then emailed it to them and still have not heard nor received anything from them. The original purchase was November 17,2014. I returned the balls on December 14,2014. I sent the email of confirmation to them on January 13,2015 and have yet to hear anything from them.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the items purchased which is $384.90 plus the $54.49 that I had to pay to return the balls to them for a mistake they made.

Review: I have a grangdaughter in Missouri and I order her presents over the internet so the product can be shipped to her. I've always used the same Visa each time. I ordered her birthday present on 6/5/2013 (a bowling ball, bag and shoes); then I received an email on 6/14/2013 saying they had to ship to the billing address. I responded with a no, I need it shipped to Missouri. Last week, I received another email saying they would have to ship it to me in Washington. Now I just want my almost $140.00 back so I can order from a business that will make it happen. My granddaughter is quite patient for an eight year old, but I'm not. It's not fair to her to have to wait so long. I don't know if any of this will help; I'm hoping it might speed them up in the returning of my money to my card. I just checked with my bank and the money has not been returned. Thank you for your time; hopefully this will prevent others having to deal with this same problem.Desired Settlement: If they would just put the amount back on my card so I can get her a birthday present.

Review: Placed order with Bowlers Dream on 11/16/15, product was in stock and would be delivered 3 to 7 days total $90.80. Received confirmation of order that it was received and shipped and link to look up status of order but, no tracking number to follow package with UPS. Credit card was charged on 11/17/15, went to link to check on status no change of any kind. I emailed Bowlers Dream with questions on my product, received no answer. It has been 2 weeks ,3 emails and a search for phone number that does not exist still no response to emails , no product delivered or update on status.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a refund of my money.

Review: On January 31st, I ordered a bowling ball from the Bowlers Dream website. I needed it because my current ball has problems. Their website says that most orders ship within 24 hours. It's been 11 days! I have made two attempts to call and sent two emails, but Bowlers Dream does not respond. I am in limbo and need a bowling ball. I paid with [redacted] Credit and their website says the payment is still "pending" which means he has not processed it because he obviously has not shipped my ball 11 days later. I cannot look elsewhere for a bowling ball while the possibility of Bowlers Dream processing my order leaving me with too many bowling [redacted] and out $168.00. I have observed 11 previous complaints on the Revdex.com site for similar reasons.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel the transaction so I can look for a bowling ball from a reputable business.

Review: On January 30, I purchased a gift certificate (via e-mail) from Bowlers Dream for the amount of $200.00. I purchased the certificate as a gift to a friend. The friend tried to redeem the certificate by ordering two bowling [redacted] The order was placed, and the company responded on February 14, stating they received the order from the person I purchased the certificate to order the items. A week later my friend did not receive the bowling [redacted] The friend and myself e-mailed the company requesting information on the order and when the order was to be sent to the purchaser. I also e-mailed the company requesting the bowling [redacted] A few weeks later, I requested the amount I purchased the gift certificate for, $200.00, to date I have not received a response or monies from the company.Desired Settlement: I want the amount of $ 200.00 sent to me in cash or check. I purchased the certificate on credit, however, the credit card account is closed.

So I placed an order a second time and then followed up with an email, but got no response. A week passed, so I followed with a second email and again no response. I then attempted to call them. First number doesn't work and second number on the Revdex.com website was valid, but not sure if it is BowlersDream's number any longer. Left voice mail, no call back was received. I then sent a third email (again to [redacted]) and then forwarded the email to [redacted] and receive no response from either email.

My order remains open and a pending transaction in paypal for $289.90.Desired Settlement: I would like the order full-filled if they have the product or cancelled. Unfortunately this product has been discontinued and has pretty much disappeared on the internet and I missed my opportunity to purchase it because I place the order with this company.

Review: Placed an order on 9/16 from this website. All of the items were said to be in stock at time of purchase. Received a confirmation prder and link to page where to check the status. As a week or so went by, I noticed that the status had not changed on the order when I click the link. I emailed in a few times and only received back one email from "[email protected]" that my items were shipping from different locations and that they will have to see whats going on with my order. A week later, no update, another week and 3 more emails asking for updates, no response. I also want to make it known that they had no problem charging my credit card ($498.94) right away on the day of purchase, but after that initial confirmation order, no further status changes. Additionally I had let it be known last week that if my items didnt arrive last week in time for this past weekend of 10/4, 10/5, I didnt need the products anymore because it was required for me to have them. Also, it does apear that getting a phone number for this place seems nearly impossible. I dont doubt that they are a legit site, but something is going on regardless.Desired Settlement: Simple, I have no product delivered to me, I want the order cancelled and my card issued back the $498.94 I was charged.

Review: I ordered a product from this company, received confirmation of my order and my money was taken out of my account instantly. This was one month ago. I never received a tracking number or an order update. I sent multiple email regarding this matter and not one person has responded to me. Still haven't received what I ordered and at this point, I don't even want it. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I either want my money put back in my account or a check in my name with the amount that I paid for the product that I never received.

I order pair of bowling shoes it's been almost 10 days no respone they have no phone number don't reply 2 emails I guess this is my fault for ordering from a garbage company who has no costumer service I will never order from them again and just continue 2 buy from bowling ball .com cause they are fast and reliable and actually have a phone number 2 contact someone

Review: On 11/11/2015, I ordered a training aid from "bowlersdream.com". The total cost of the order was 48.93 including shipping but no tax was charged. I received a confirmation e-mail from this business that my order was received. The order cost was deducted from my bank account approximately three days after the order was placed. Approximately five days after the order was placed, I received an e-mail which reflected my order had shipped via UPS but no tracking number was listed in this e-mail.

I waited four days and no updates were received from anyone about the status of my order. I then began e-mailing the contact e-mail address for "bowlerdream.com" asking the company to provide a tracking number. I received no reply from the company. There was no business phone listed on the website. I did observe a fax number that was called but no answer was received.

As of 12/09/2015, I have not received the item ordered nor a response from the company in response to the several e-mails I have sent to them. After reviewing the Revdex.com website, I observed that others have experienced the same problem from this business and from the posted information there appears to be a consistent theme where this business takes orders via their website, accepts payment but then does not deliver the item or items ordered.Desired Settlement: Simply either refund my money if the item ordered can't be delivered or deliver the item ordered to complete the transaction.

Review: I order a bowling bag-54.95 and a pair ** bowling shoes- 74.95 and both items are in stock, my total order is 134.90 with shipping a whopping 30.59, all together 160.49 I paid and it took them no time to charge my card, 02/19/2015 here it is 03/03/2015 and the only e-mail I received from bowlers dreams is my conformation, but my tracking number and order status was not on the conformation, So I can't even track my order. I e-mail them twice and NO response to my e-mails at all nothing. I'm very DISAPPOINTED never had this happen to me, I always order from [redacted] but thought bowlers dream prices were better, I WILL NEVER do that again. Please help me..
