In response to complaintCustomer was told up front we do not sell the extended warranty that he requested because we do not offer that companies warrantiesWe did include a check for him to purchase that warranty outside of our dealershipWe
did not offer nor do we ever offer to undercoat a vehicleThe purchase was a ZERO down ZERO interest purchase as discussed with the customerDue to the customer living out of state we do not collect taxes nor did the customer ask for taxes until several days after the papers were signedBy that time the back contract had been cashed and could not be reversedThere is no such thing as getting a bank contract notarized, nor do we have papers signed outside of the dealership for legal reasonsWe also told the customer up front that the paper work had already been processed and we could not "redo" anything as they requestedThe customer has all the paperwork including: the bank contract, the MSO for the vehicle, the check (for $3,555) for his extended warranty,(which he has cashed), and all the State paperwork to pay his sales tax,(which he has paid)Customer was offered to return the vehicle and the dealership would reverse all the necessary paperworkThe customer had days to return the vehicle but refused to do soThe dealership had made arrangements with the bank to reverse the contract with in that day windowOur dealership did everything possible to help the customer with his situation
