[redacted] does a great job at a reasonable price. Don't let his below average prices scare you off. He does quality work. As a long time customer, he has even come out on weekends to help me with issues, without an extra charge. I like that I can accumulate a "to do" list, and he will come out and work on these issues. Most recently, he has helped me with an ice damn on my roof. He came out multiple times to make sure the issue was under control and getting resolved.
I contacted [redacted] on a Sunday evening. I had a very small job but it needed to be done asap. He was very kind and said he was busy but would try his best to stop over on Monday. He called as he said he would and stopped over around lunch time on Monday. He took care of the small job and was on his way in under an hour. His price was very reasonable and I was very grateful to have it taken care of so fast and I feel it was done right. I would highly recommend him to others and have actually already done so.
