We had Advanced Air Quality clean our home's air ducts in July 2016.
We are very unsatisfied with their reckless and unprofessional workmanship.
1) They showed up more than one hour passed the appointment time.
2) They butchered the air ducts in the basement by cutting various jagged holes in them.
3) They left a big mess of dust and debris in the basement.
4) They left without patching some of the duct holes that they had cut.
5) Even worse, they had removed the furnace filter and left without telling us to install a clean filter. So our furnace was working for hours without a filter until we found out that the filter was removed.
6) We had to call them again and ask them to come back and fix the duct holes in the basement.
7) They came back and fixed the duct holes but the owner refused to acknowledge their very poor workmanship or take any responsibility for the reckless behavior of his worker.
