This dealership lied to us about a warranty on a vehicle, took hours of our time and then John had the nerve to actually call me "vindictive" in front of other employees because I refused to settle for less than what I signed forWe were mislead to believe a Ram Truck was still under the manufactures warranty but came to find out that the dealership did not tell us that the warranty was actually void since the truck was from CanadaWe ended up returning the Truck since they refused to give us the same warranty that the truck would have come with and only offered a lesser warranty once we refused to pay for one at allI must say that I have never been more offended by a dealership beforeMust be because I am a woman that he felt he could actually call me names and refuse to speak to meI feel John was absolutely the worst manager I have ever dealt with

I purchased a recliner in JanuaryThe recliner is wonderfulThe chair was on back orderThe chair arrived in my city on 2/5/l am only available for delivery every day from noon to pmLa-Z-Boy does not deliver on MondaysLa-Z-Boy could only offer me morning deliveriesI received the chair 2/16/at 10:am Only because I got off work earlyThey would not accommodate an afternoon deliveryI have requested a refund of delivery charge due to poor delivery system.Good customer service would have made every effort to deliver the chair in the afternoon.They finally offered to deliver in afternoon after daysSubsequently they delivered in morning anyway.They have denied refund request.Great product.Poor customer service
