Bowman Construction

I was approached by Trey Bowman while having lunch with my wife. We were discussing how much we like the concrete counters when a nice little fellow came over and started talking to us about how easy it would be to do that. We waited 6 months for Trey but when it was time for him to take action. He was" injured". We patiently waited for him to get on track and begin our job. We waited sometimes weeks at a time with no contact. We would reach out two to three times before we would receive a response. The amount of excuses that we received were unforgivable. He was one truck breakdown away from a country music album. This was our first home renovation and we were unaware that you are not supposed to pay for the building plans. He charged us $960 and never lifted a hammer or finger beyond that point. We consulted with two separate contractors before settling on the person that did the work. Both confirmed. The original plans that were sent to us did not even include correct calculations for the appliance space and Island. Trey towards the end was obviously trying to back out of the job. He was trying to cut down on the scope of the job and then ultimately ghosted us when we held him to the fact that he approached us about the concrete countertops he was now trying to talk us out of. I've seen some reviews that say he does good work. Maybe that's true either, but his inability to run a schedule or a business left us $1,000 shorter with no usable plans.
