We hired Freedom Heating & Air to install a brand new ton seer dual zone heat pump AC unit Our first electric bill after the install was VERY high, over $200, which even with the old unit that had only 1/of the Freon it required, we never experienced such a billWe started to watch how it was cooling Noticed it was ALWAYS hot upstairs We said maybe it was just because it was so hot outsideIt is a BRAND NEW unit though! So July 12th my [redacted] noticed that the upstairs was not cooling properly and was degrees even though we had the upstairs thermostat set to and the sun had been down for hours I told him to check the serial number of the unit outside Turns out even though we were told we were purchasing a seer unit, they installed a seer unit! It gets better...My [redacted] decided to go check the serial number on the attic unit As soon as he moved the attic panel the cold air dropped! When he got upstairs he found out the ductwork was not seal

Review: Bowman Expert Tree Company also known as Bowman & Sons was contacted to cut down a tree. I gave them a deposit and they said they would be there the following Saturday. It's been three weeks and many phone calls later. They won't return my deposit and even had the nerve to stop by again to give my wife a quote on the same tree using another name. At this point, I don't feel I will get my deposit back, but I just want people to know not to trust this "business". They also use multiple phone numbers so please beware. Owner's name is Charles, son is Todd.Desired Settlement: Would like deposit refunded and people to be aware that this is not a reliable business.
