In June I took my car to *** *** for an oil change and was informed that my drain plug was stripped therefore they were not able to do the oil change because they did not have the tools to remove it, they said I had to go to full service in order to get an oil change So on 7/14/I took my Mercedes to *** to have the drain plug removed and oil change doneAfter I paid for the job and left, I start noticing oil leaking from my carI returned to *** repair thinking that they did not tighten the drain plug, and was then told that my oil pan was cracked and they did not know how it happened, and that the crack was there when they first did the oil change, which they never informed me, however my oil did not start leaking until they (***)removed the stripped drain plug, but they said they would fix it for $I knew *** was responsible for the crack in my oil pan, because if it was there when they first did the oil change they would have informed me when they di
