It seems you have not understood the situation at handhow do I trust a company who already damaged my vehicles? It seems that as a business They have the upper hand and you agree with themI want this complaint on record for everyone to seeThis way they see that they damage cars and do not have to pay for the damages they cause, and that the Revdex.com agree with all companies because they don't lie rightThe Revdex.com is as useless as a cat trying to be a dog

Jon ***, owner of the business contacted the Revdex.com regarding the consumer's rejection of his response to the complaint Mr*** has stated that he stands by his original response He does not intend to do more than what he has already offered to the consumer The business had offered to repair the control arm, but the consumer refused

To whom it may concern November 8, We spoke with Mr*** at length regarding the needed repairs on his vehicleIt is common repair practice by Chrysler Corporation on this engine that when a water pump is replaced the fan clutch assembly should be replaced as wellDue to the limited
coverage offered by his warranty company, only the failed part was coveredIn fact, we discounted the cost of the repair because the warranty company does not even pay our current labor rate (which compared to local competitors and dealers is very reasonable)After speaking with Mr*** and explaining everything we proceeded with the partial repair (what the warranty company would cover and at the lower labor charge) due to his admission that he could not afford to do the proper repair and he even agreed that what we told him wa sin fact proper repair procedure and to our knowledge he was satisfiedAs for the diagnostic charge, it was paid by the warranty company, so we are unaware of any refusal to give him his car backThe vehicle was not drive-able until the repair was completed so it would have needed to be towed prior to the repairs, perhaps that was misunderstood when he said he wanted to come get the vehicle prior to the repairs being doneWe are a National Tire and Service Network Franchise and facilitate proper repairs and strive for excellent customer serviceHad any further concerns been directed to us, I would have addressed them exhaustively to meet the customers’ expectations, but to our knowledge Mr*** was satisfied.Nick D***General Manager

First, The hole in the upper a arm is from using a torch on my truck, it is not a scratch. second they never offered me to look at the video. They know they are in the wrongEven the time frame is wrongwhen I went back days later I showed them the front bumperThen I went back about weeks later as I had to put brakes on my truck That is when I found the hole in the passenger upper a-arm, ( I do my own work on my vehicles mostly when I have the time, It is not very often I let anyone do work for me like thisSo I know my truckThey denied everythingthey are the only ones who worked on this truck, for total front end workThey replaced upper and lower ball joints, drivers and passenger side. The upper and lower ball joints being the original ones are riveted inthey used a cutting torch to cut the old ones off the upper and lower a-arms which they cut a hole thru passenger sidethey replaced inner and outer tie rod ends and adjusting sleeves, and Both wheel bearings on this truckevery part they replaced was original to the truck. The owner is mad and lying because I called them out on it and are refusing to pay to fix my truck because they are well known for doing this as I have found out thru local garages, and people who have worked for them in the pastand now. As for the front bumper, It is funny how my truck has been painted maybe months when this happened, there was no body damage to the truckIf I would of did this I would not be bothering anyone , But they did this, not meand it was not there when I took the truck to them.It has grinder marks in the front bumperI am a mechanic myself and do body work, I know what is what when it comes to a vehicle

Revdex.com,In response to Mr. [redacted]s complaint.  First we had worked on Mr. [redacted]s s10 on 09/29/15, he brought it in to have some suspension work done.  A few weeks after the repairs he came back in and stated we had scratched his front bumper.  We have cameras,...

I reviewed the video and found the s10 was on one of our cameras the complete time it was here, which was approximately 24 hours, which approximately 23 hours it was inside the building, and for almost the whole time we were working on it, it was on a lift 6 feet off the ground.  I watched the video and at no time was there any damage to the front bumper wile on our property, and we explained this to Mr. [redacted], again there was a camera on the vehicle from the time he pulled in till it left, also we never denied Mr. [redacted] to see the video.  then approximately a month later Mr. [redacted] said we cut a hole on his upper control arm, we brought the vehicle in for inspection and found 2 very small cut type marks approximately the size of a pencil lead on the top side of the control arm, these marks were cosmetic only and were not a hazard in any way, possibly from a torch or a cutoff wheel.  When we did the upper ball joint the ball joints were bolted in, so they were previously replaced at one time, we did not have to torch or cut on them, we explained this to Mr. [redacted] as well.  Out of good will we offered to do some type of repair on the control arm, at the time Mr. [redacted] said he did not want us to repair or fix the marks on the control arm.Sincerely,[redacted] Tire and Repair Center
