I guess I have no other choice than to accept. I would like Bowmans to send me paint to touch up the chairs.

Enclosed is a response to address additional comments on complaint ID [redacted].   The following correspondence is an attempt to clarify the manufacturer warranty, and how it applies to the consumer.
Bowman's Stove has been in contact with [redacted] on several occasions in regards to the is particular order.  Both parties have reviewed the photos, as well as the customer comments.
 
[redacted] maintains a one year warranty on slings against manufacturing defects.  Fading or discoloration is not covered under this policy.
 
The initial complaint was received in this store on 7/2/14 when the consumer advised there was staining on her fabric, and wanted direction on how to remove or clean.  From the photos it was apparent that only the bottom portion of the sling had been affected.  Discoloration is generally from environment impact.  This is beyond the control of both the manufacturer, and the retailer. 
 
The warranty on the powder coat finish on [redacted] aluminum furniture is 3 year against cracking, peeling, or blistering from date of purchase.  Failure of the finish due to abrasion such as stacking furniture against other furniture, or scrapping against other surfaces is not covered.
 
This photos do show sign of chipping on the furniture.  This is common and can be rectified with touch up paint.  One of the arms is showing a slight amount of blistering.  This also was reported after the warranty had expired.
 
[redacted] offers a 15 year warranty on the frame only.  This warranty applies to a structural failure during normal use.  (ie: cracked frame, or broken welds)
 
We are sympathetic to the customer's disappointment.  She feels the furniture did not perform to her expectations.  That is why the respective companies did offer to repair the furniture at a substantial discount to what the cost would normally incur.  That offer was rejected.
 
Since receiving notification of the customer complaint with the Revdex.com Bowman's Stove and Patio felt it would behoove us to further confer with [redacted] as to how to proceed.  Both parties maintain the stance that complaint does not fall under a manufacturing defect, and any warranty besides the 15 year structural frame warranty had, in the case of the sling, long since expired.
Our original offer to replace and repair the effected furniture at a discount is still viable should the customer wish to take advantage.

Review: I purchased patio and pool furniture from Bowman's. After one year, the fabric on the lounge chairs and some other chairs faded so badly that you could see lines from when the top of the chair was put down. The fabric was special ordered and was supposed to be warranted from these defects. In addition, the metal finish on a lot of the furniture is peeling and bare metal is now showing. This was supposed to be powder coated so it would not peel. I contacted Bowman's last year and spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone. He asked me to send photos, in which I did. A week or so later I received an e-mail from Toni in which she said she would contact [redacted]. After that I did not hear from Toni for several weeks. I requested an update once again and Toni sent me a quote to purchase all new fabric for the affected furniture. There were also fees for pick up and delivery. The quote did not mention the peeling of the metal and when I asked Toni, she said she could send me some paint to touch it up. If the metal has to be "touched" up, it will look horrible. In any event, she never sent the paint.

This furniture was quite expensive. However, with the guarantee, we were willing to invest to have a nice product that would last for years. Now we have furniture that is an eye soreDesired Settlement: I would like to have the affected products repaired to original quality or replaced altogether. If that is not possible, I would like a partial refund so I can purchase a better product elsewhere.
