10-17-15Dear Revdex.com: Thank you for your recent letter to us regarding a customer [redacted] ID [redacted] .We are sorry our customer thought she had to take her complaint to you and do apologize to you for any inconvenience!!We here at Bowwow Hollow Puppies have a dealer's license with both the state of PA # ***, and also USDA [redacted] , to buy & resell puppies We have had both inspections within the last weeks & we have passed inspection with flying colors!!!We mainly do retail sales & cater to the general public With this in mind, it is difficult to please everyone 100% of the time, although we do try our best!We are not sure what our customer thought she smelled, but inside our beautiful new facility we built years ago, we have retail pet supplies to offer our customer & in the office we have wall mounted automatic scented fragrances that spray periodically to keep the air really fresh & great smelling!! We have beautiful exercise areas (AKA Meet & greet areas) where the customer has the opportunity to play, see & hold & choose the puppy of their liking before checking out Our one exhaust fan blows out that general direction & when our complaining customer was here, it was probably the time when our cleanout & washdown session was in progress, therefore causing the smell of feces!! And yes, we also try to keep our play area as clean as possible & use the foaming germicidal [redacted] spray to clean up after each pooper!! After a rain, the toys can have a bedraggled look & appear to be dirty, but in reality are not dirty, just faded ok And about barking dogs, yes every puppy we handle usually barks & were not trying to hide the fact! It's what a puppy or dog will do!! And about the intestinal infection the customer encountered at her veterinerian, we are very sorry for that and hope her puppy has been cured by this time Our goal here is to make sure the puppies are all happy & healthy when being here & also when they go to their new homes We have indeed mailed her a reimbursement check to help pay for the medications 9-21-check #*** The amount was $ She called back saying she didn't receive the check, so we checked with our band and they also told us they don't see that the check went through So on 10-8-15, we mailed the 2nd check # [redacted] and she did receive that one & it has been put through the bankSo we hope our customer is now satisfied, and if not, if there's anything else we can do to improve our customer service, we will gladly do so We also want to take this opportunity to assure anybody, we have an excellent cleanliness program in place, and we would never neglect our puppies!!!!We hope you will communicate this information to our distraught customer & tell her we wish her & her puppy all the best from us here at Bowwow Hollow Puppies Thank you for all your attention to this matterSincerely, Henry S
