This person asked for a refund for something that is wrong we have no control over Her exact email is below: *** Glad you contacted meI am only interested in the 5A class If you listen to the small bands the sound quality is okBut the 5A bands all sound awfulIf you were at the ** state finals you would know that the 5A bands were not out of tune when they playedAccording to the DVD they all wereMadison Central who won the division could play well and was never out of tuneListen to their opening statementOut of tune because of the audio qualityIf the bands were between the 45's and down front they sounded okAnything outside of that is not good. Please refund my purchaseNo where on the website does it state no refunds and all sales final. *** Its literally impossible to do what she is suggesting We provided her a product in accordance with what she ordered Please find the enclosed delivery confirmation from the USPS. We do not offer refunds on opened DVD products This is common business practice among all retailers across the country to not offer refunds on opened DVD products She is correct that our website does not explicitly say, ALL SALES FINAL, etc., because we don't want to scare customers away from thinking we won't honor or stand behind our products in case of damage or other issues. I will certainly change our website to reflect these ideas. This person is literally the ONLY complaint this year about audio quality from ANY event across the country events, DVD's sold and complaint about audio quality It doesn't make sense to me So I don't believe that BOXowes *** anything after we have tried to work with her. ***

We did have some issues for this event @ 4pm we created an open system so that everyone would be able to view the stream and bypass our system completely We had people directly dedicated to answering email issues I can't speak to why emails don't make it to us, we are
receiving emails all the time. BOXonly provided the stream method and customer service component We have refunded people in connection to this event and are willing to do what is needed to make people happy As we are only a client in this situation, for full resolution he needs to speak with: *** *** *** ***Fort Lauderdale, FL 33335###-###-####That is the producer of the event Other than providing network services we are not involved in the process We will also speak with Tony to see how he wants us to respond with regard to refund or product replacement.Best regard.*** ***PresidentBOXMedia

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This business owner is engaging in deceptive business practices.   As of 1/20/2017, he had no return policy on his website.   He even has provided information on how to return your DVD.   MY DVD did not arrive to me with a covering or wrap on it.  As far as I know, it could have been returned by someone else.   He states I am the only one asking for a refund - so why the big issue?  Nothing on his website stated all sales final when I ordered my DVD or tried to return it.   He has a return policy now and a final sales notice now on his website now.    He has no reason to not grant me a refund.  His product was bad.   He states no other business takes back DVD's.  [redacted] does take back DVD'sDO NOT DO Business with this person.   He is a deceptive business owner and a just plain terrible person.   The way he speaks to customers is disgusting.   I have emails to prove it.
