Box Brothers of La Jolla

Review: Box Brother packed and shipped a large collection of rare Austrian China, purchased from [redacted] in [redacted]. Two luncheon plates, over packed and under bubble wrapped, in the center of the group packed, were cracked. Box brothers past and present owners have refused to pay the fee ($100/plate with Restoration Services) to have these rare plates restored. Apparently, this action occurred during the sale of the business. Regardless, Box Brothers has refused to honor their guarantee that my rare China arrive safely and in one piece.Desired Settlement: after their refusal to pay, I sent these plates to Restoration Services to have these plates repaired, $200. They need to send me a check for $200. Please note that this is the minimum charge for Restoration Services' repair; "invisible" repair would have been $200/plate.
