To whom it may concern. In response to the complaint received on 10/19/2017, BOX Components is a manufacturer of racing components for BMX racing and mountain bike racing Our tire range is manufactured for us by Japan's leading bicycle tire manufacturer, who have been manufacturing bicycle tires since 1952.Our Hex Lab tires that they manufacture for us, are made to standard tire sizing, in this case being 20" x 1.3/8" (or 37-metric) using our brand specific tread design The range of Hex Lab tires feature a race specific TPI Casing, so at the recommended full inflation of 110PSI, the tire reaches it's true size Tire measurements can be affected if it is under inflated or mounted to a wider than standard wheel rimTires from all manufacturers will vary in sizing for the same reasonsOur tires are used by professional race teams, competing at Olympic and World Championship levels, if there was an issue with tire sizing the riders and teams would be the first to let us know In order to satisfy this customer, he will receive a full refund upon returning the tires to the original point of purchase..We appreciate the customer's concern regarding our product

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Specifically, in their response, they say that under the right conditions and at psi "the tire inflates to its true size". I believe they have been purposely evasive in using the term "true size". If they said that it inflates to its specified size or its advertised size that would be a demonstrably statement which is why I believe they used the term "true size", a purposely nebulous term.
Regards,
*** ***
