On day of installation the doors noted to be stained incorrect colorIn first phone call to address this issue with man who called himself the "owner" replied to my husband that he was being "difficult" and "hard to please" and specifically stated he needed to stop being a "whining baby"Thrown back, my husband replied that for him to be difficult, he would have to first be offered a chance to change the incorrect color, or accommodate the mistakeIt is not difficult when the product is not the agreed upon colorThis man was aggressive and immediately asked if we wanted things to be taken all down and old doors replacedIf it was me on the phone, I would have said yes, take it all back, I want refundI would never accept this kind of customer treatment when I'm paying over $11,000! My husband was not with me, and was fearful I'd be mad at him if he did that, which is the only reason he did not call this man out on his inappropriate and disrespectful language/ threatsWe are still awaiting for the work to be corrected
