Review: In July of this year, I ordered a gift subscription for three boxes of this product. I specifically ordered a gift subscription so I could try it out without auto-renewing. I received the first box in late August, but I received no box in September or October. I have reached out to their customer service email through my account, through my email, and through [redacted] SIX times requesting help and they are and have continued to ignore all of my requests. To be clear, I ordered three boxes and only received one of them, and now they are failing to deliver the products I have bought and paid for.Desired Settlement: I have already paid for these boxes. I would like them to either send me the two boxes they owe me or refund me IN FULL for the two boxes I was never sent (which would be a total of $54.

Review: I subscribed to receive their product monthly in January and they have failed to send me any items. I have contacted them on several occasions and they have failed to respond. Except for once when they told me to look for tracking information the following week. I checked and still nothing.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a full refund because of their lack of communication and their inability to fulfill their contract with me.

Review: I signed up for a 6 month subscription with Box Me Mommy through a [redacted] deal initially. Their boxes are $29 a month & supposed to be filled with 4-5 "high quality" items for mom & baby. The first few boxes I received were ok, but the last 3 were not as advertised. I didn't complain about box #4 because it was the first really low quality box. The 5th box was horrible & had a $6 TOTAL retail value. I complained about that box, (as did numerous others,) and we were offered a $13.50 credit to use in the Box Me Mommy shop (which never opened,) or to use on another monthly box. The 6th box, the final box in my subscription was equally as bad as the 5th & I complained about that box too. I was offered nothing. I inquired several times about when my subscription was up & was told in November.I asked if the credit I was given would be applied to my November box (since I had already paid for the boxes in my subscription & there still wasn't a "shop" on their website to use the credit in. I was told that the credit could be applied towards a November box, and I would just be charged the remainder of that box which SHOULD have been $15.50 Instead, I was charged $94.50 for another 6 month subscription. I contacted the owner & was told they don't do refunds. I found out from an online subscription box group that I run that Box Me Mommy had actually charged numerous other people without their consent as well. I contacted my bank & was told they have had several complaints about this company. Bottom line, this company is horrible, even fraudulent because the products they send are not even close to the money you pay for the boxes. They won't be around a year from now & I want my money back before they tank.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the $94.50 I was charged for the subpar quality boxes that I DON'T WANT & that haven't even been sent yet. I want the "credit" of $13.50 also refunded since I don't want to do business with this "company" anymore.

Review: On July [redacted] 2014 I bought a 6 month box subscription from Box Me Mommy. Each month I was to receive a box of baby and mommy products. I received an email when the boxes shipped out for August, September and October. I received an email on October [redacted] stating I should see my box between October [redacted]. I did not receive it in that time period. On October [redacted] I contacted them stating I had not received the October box. They said if I didn't receive the box by October [redacted] they would credit me the price of the box. When the box did not get here before November [redacted] I emailed them stating I never received it before October [redacted]. I did not get an email back or my money back but did receive the October box in November. In November I received an email stating the November boxes were cancelled and I could either get my money back for that box or I could get the box at the end of my subscription and they would just continue a month after (meaning my subscription ended in January so I would receive a box in February). I did not receive my December box in the month of December so I wrote to the company again and they sent me a shipping notification stating they were sending me one but never apologized for the inconvenience. I received my December box on January [redacted]. I still have not received my January box. I have called the company multiple times in the past couple weeks and left multiple messages because I have not once had an actual person pick up the phone (Not even when I press "1" for sales). I have also emailed them at the email provided on their website and wrote them a message on their [redacted] page. I have only received 4 out of my 6 boxes I should have received by January and nobody will get back to me, even when I tell them I am going to contact the Revdex.com. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would either like for them to send me my last 2 boxes or to refund me for 2 months.

Review: I won a box from this company in October. After it never arrived I sent them a [redacted] message. They told me they were experiencing shipping delays it would arrive soon. I told them I was moving and got married so my name and address would change. They told me no problem took my new info. Than December came. I had been blocked from posting on there [redacted] pages so I sent a message to them. They said they were sorry they couldn't find the tracking info for my package they would send a December box out. I said that fine. Never got my box they blocked me from messaging them of [redacted] They dosnt respond to emails and won't return my phone calls anymoreDesired Settlement: I would like a box like I was promised.
