I recently signed up for a subscription for a monthly mail-order 'date night in a box'I was charged (50% with an intro coupon) and never got confirmation of my subscription or contacted about my first deliveryThe website states that deliveries are shippped on the 15th of every monthAfter enough time had passed for my box to arrive I looked at the company website to find customer service informationI was only able to find an email (no phone number or other contact information)I emailed about my problem and did not hear anything backI was charged again for another delivery before it was time for the next mont's box, even though I hadn't recieved the first box and never heard back from customer serviceAfter reading several online reviews I discovered that this has happened to several other peopleThe website says they have a hassle-free cancelation policy but there's is no way to contact the company to cancelI had to have my credit card cancelled to prevent further charge
