We regret to inform [redacted] that we cannot proceed to open her accountIt is a violation of our terms and conditions to have multiple accounts on our website and our system has picked up to accountsWe were also unable to find the remaining $credits within any of the accounts that our system was able to pull upWe have tried looking at the list of accounts and on the account provided by the complainant, but was unable to find the $credits

During the time of these attempted orders there were numerous exploitive and abusive orders in violation of our Terms of ServiceWe could not fulfill these orders as there were multiple orders placed within a short amount of time and due address that were slightly different (on purpose)Using a slightly different address and placing multiple orders in a short amount of time is a known indicator of fraudDuplicative accounts were used to redeem a coupon in violation of our TermsWe felt our best course of action was closing down the accounts

Unfortunately, after checking our phone and email system, Boxed never received an email or a call from the customer information listed hereWe have reached out to this customer and let her know that we would be happy to provide a prepaid label and schedule a pick up for the orderBecause this order is from February, if the customer would like to keep or donate the contents of the order, we understand as well

With the history and activity of [redacted] 's accounts such as creating multiple emails to sign up to our services, we do not tolerate these actions and this is abuse of our terms and servicesWith that said, we have checked her account and saw that she does indeed has cash rewards that were earned fairly on the account and will allow this one order to be placed with her cash rewardsHowever, we cannot guarantee that the fraud department will allow for future orders to be placed after this order based upon the history of her abuse of the terms and conditions, but we will be clear that she can place one order with her cash rewards

Hi, In regards to the company's response the additional accounts were opened when the accounts opened never allowed an order to processI had worked together with Boxed and was told to chose one (1) account to keep and they would remove the other accountsI went through the same process a few months later and after both interactions my account was workingMy account with the $in credits is *** and I can still login and see the credit in the account. I have attached copies of my email correspondence showing Boxed agreed to close my other accounts and to allow me one account to use (two occasions). Please advise. *** ***

The facts surrounding Mr***'s purchase and alleged non-delivery were highly suspicious to both our fraud detection software and multiple customer service agentsAmong the areas of concern were the characteristics of the order itself and the engagements with customer service which included
multiple "complaints" from numerous aliases and accounts

Hi. We have resolved the issue by refunding the customer's tax charge. Our tax software glitched and accidentally charged tax on a perishable item. We apologize for the error.

Review: I order from Boxed all the time and I have been very happy with them, but the last order I placed with them. order number [redacted],they sent one item that was not what I ordered. I have emailed them three times trying to get right item with no reply and today I called them but got no answer.Desired Settlement: I just want them to send me the item I ordered and with a prepaid return label I will return the wrong item they sent me.

Review: I have placed several orders all of which have been canceled, they had a special last week that was $20 off of $40 with your first purchase so I placed my order, also they sent me a link that if I referred people I would get credit for each one when they paid for their purchase, I sent several people and my account shows I have a $40 credit, I have tried placing orders also using my credit but it keeps getting canceled, I tried placing a order for well over the amount with my credit card still it gets canceled, I feel used because I sent so many people from my blog to them and now they wont answer my emails and I feel ignored.Desired Settlement: I would at least like to use my credit for sending them so many customers, the $20/$40 would be nice as well

Review: I placed an order on February 1. The order shipped Monday, and was to be delivered Wednesday. According to the UPS tracking information the packages (since they were shipped in two boxes) were scanned as delivered. However, I was home all day and never received the packages at all. I contacted Box support via email (as they don't have a support phone number) several times and communicated with Steve and Rachel (allegedly the customer service manager). Steve said he was unable to refund my order so I asked for a manager. Rachel emailed back and said the email I sent the message from didn't match the email on the order. This makes no sense because I emailed them directly from the app and provided the order number. I've sent two additional emails to Rachel and she has yet to respond and I still don't have my products.

I called UPS and they were unable to assist me and said that the shipper needs to handle this issue directly.

I've informed customer support several times that if they don't assist me I would be reporting this to the Revdex.com. Further, I've since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.Desired Settlement: I want my full $366.71 refunded immediately and also wouldn't mind some additional compensation from the company because of this inconvenience which can be in the form of an account credit, other otherwise. Should my refund be issued, I will close this case.
