I've spoke to the manager *** as well as the person with whom I caused the current situation, *** I was given a impression of the contract I signed on 1/I thought it was a waiver and I felt pressured to signThe associate afilled my information on the form himself and bsaid the discounted price was only offered that dayI read the contract at least the side offered to me and was not informed of the cancellation or transfer policyWhen I went to cancel my membershipI was told I couldn't and had to transfer it

Great workout but make sure you plan to keep a contract with them for a long time before cancelingThey will make you go through hell and back trying to work out the detailsI wanted to cancel in October and here it is January, I am still having conversations with them about my card being charged

I signed an agreement allowing them to charge my credit card by the monthI asked them to stop charging my card 6/They continue to charge my card
I joined the club in 10/After I joined , I never stepped in the clubI called, emailed, that I wanted to terminate my membershipthey continue to charge my card a monthly fee Of $I went into the club to stop this, and they refusedThey are still charging my card, and I have never used the club

Boxing Incis trying to scam money from me
In March I signed a one year contract with Boxing Inc After a few months I injured my wrist there due to improper training and could no longer use the gym Shortly after that I also ended up moving out of the state Even though I didn't attend the gym for months I continued to pay my balance due to the contract However, I called and emailed them saying please cancel my membership once the contract is up Now they are saying that they didn't cancel my membership because I never sent them a signed letter in the mail and owe them months pay This is very unethical practice and I have heard similar complaints from other people Boxing Incis now threatening to go to collections

Great instructors for skill development, a lot of fun and excellent fitness routine

I went to a free boxing class over a year ago, did not sign a contract, now I have an outrageous bill from a debt collector
I signed up for a free trial boxing class with a coworker to see if we liked itWe decided after the class it wasn't for us because it was less about boxing and more of a group cardio work outTold the manager on duty, ***, thisDid not hear back from themThis was over a year agoToday 8/1/I see I have a letter from a debt collector for $I have zero clue what the charges could be forI looked into it and it turns out they do this to a lot of people who try out their gym

When we signed the membership with Boxing, Inc they purposefully omitted the cancellation of membership details
When we (my husband, my son and I) signed the membership with Boxing, Inc last June 2, we paid a total of $Aside from the non-refundable enrollment fee, the representative did not mention of ANYTHING ELSE about membership cancellation details which I believe should be mentioned to every customer before they sign up so that we will know what we were signing up forI believe this was the first deception of Boxing, Inc for monetary gainWe continued to use the gym's services for the next couple of months but eventually my son, who was seven years old at that time, didn't like the program anymore and on top of that, the gym's schedule for kids did not fit with his school's scheduleMy son stopped going to Boxing, Inc since August My husband on the other hand continued to use the gym's services until September but eventually have to stop due to the inj

Refund of membership fee because of Health Issue
on November 8, 2017, I signed up to take boxing lessons as it was a "bucket list" desireOn November 10, I found out through an MRI of my spine that I had severe, debilitating issues that prevented me from this activity At my doctor visit, when I told my doctor I had signed up for boxing, he said no way and wrote a letter to Boxing Inc stating that I was unable and could not participate in this activityon or about November 16, 2017, I took the my doctor's letter and a copy of the MRI report to Boxing Incstating that I could in no uncertain terms participate in this activityThey said they would get back to meI have gone to their place of business at least times asking for my refund to no availThey have given me the run-around/brush off since November 16, It is now January 8, I need help getting my refund backThank you

Employee gave misinformation concerning contract ending requirements
A contract for the gym was signed in Octfor yearEmployee explaining contract specified that no action was needed at the end of the contract to terminateI noticed that charges were still being taken after my ending dateI went into the gym to resolve and the employee helping me had me sign a cancellation noticeI was billed again (now 3x without using the services) and disputed the charge with my bankI got a call from the gym telling me to remove the dispute or I would automatically get another year's contract Trying to resolve it on the phone the employee stated "this is going in circles so I'm hanging up" and hung up on me Not one employee tried to work with me or apologize for any mjust blaming me for not looking closelyI admit I didn't read the tiny print because the employee explaining the contract was very specific about not having to do anything when it expiredIt seems this gym is

Boxing Incused high pressure decietful pracitices when selling their servicesThey essentially bully customers into signing on
I went into the Campbell for the free trial class on September 9th of They gave me wraps for my hands and it was later disclosed that I would have to pay for them as I was trying to leave the classWhen I tried to leave I was hassled for payment by the front deskThey insisted that I sign on for a membership and would not let me leaveI was told that membership was only $a month and I had the option to cancel at any timeWanting to leave I relented to a one month membershipAfterwards, I paid for my wraps in cash and was about to leave when I was handed the final paperwork for over dollarsI was aghast and demanded to know why the price was so high and the man told me that I had to pay a membership fee, a member card fee, and I had to sign on for a minimum of three monthsI asked how I could cancel it and he said that I couldn't cancel
