I am rejecting this response because:Hi there. Thankyou, definitely not. The matter should remain visible for everyone to see. I am happy for you to put a note on to say that I had had to go through my Credit Card supplier and their dispute process - which
VISA refunded me after a number of communications. VISA then presumably took the money from BOXX Corp. BOXX Corp should be made to stand accountable for the way that they handled the complaint, and could have avoided their name being sullied by acting in a responsible way and treating their customers fairly. Customers should NEVER have to resort to using the Revdex.com, the businesses should be acting better in the first instance. In this instance, BOXX Corp acted unacceptably, caused a great deal of stress and buried their head in the sand. You will see from the communication that they were late to reply to complaints and refused to act responsibly. I am happy that my credit card supplier refunded me. BOXX Corp should take this as a valuable lesson and should treat EVERY customer with the highest levels of courtesy, not treated with contempt. The case is closed, I have my refund - but I would hate any other customer of theirs to be treated this way. If you must close the case for your records, then this is fine. If there is a way to leave the complaint online - even with a note to say that the credit card provider had to issue a refund, just as a warning to other potential customers then that would be better - maybe BOXX Corp would think next time before they behave in this way
