I feel that that item was advertised in a deceptive why that grossly misrepresented the items actual condition. I would expect that reputable companies would proudly report any obvious physical defects to avoid any conflicts. Standing so firm on a simple exchange. Refusing any assistance on repair parts and blocking my eBay account seem unprofessional and irrational.

used items may work or not work. when seller indicate the item not work , we clear state that the used parts may not work,no warranty , no return, etc in the listing. the buyer has to response their purchased. in additional. we paid shipping costs. the buyer should response what he did. And the buyer left many negative feedback on our account, include the items we sold him previously with no issues. it is too bad and not a good buyer should do .
we strongly recommend this kind of buyer should out market and protect a good US market.

The seller is unreasonable and difficult to work with. I feel that the item that I was received was misrepresented. I was unaware that used and needs to be completely rebuilt with all new parts were the same. I'm super glad that I did not purchase a "used" car from these people.
I have purchased many orders for several years from this company with no problems. Then I purchased an item that thought was used, but still usable, as the name applies. I was wrong, the item was completely unusable. When I asked for assistance from the seller and this is were we are. In fact. the seller has blocked my account so I can no longer purchase from them.
It's seems silly to loose a long term customer over a simple miscommunication of a low dollar item. Offering a small discount on the repair items would have been a better solution verses writing endless letters defending a erroneous charge. These guys have zero customer service skills and only case about getting paid. Customer satisfaction or retention is not in their vocabulary.
