I apologize for the inconvenience we have caused youI have spoken to *** and your order complete with the "returned pictures" and the wallets will be mailed to you tomorrow, at no additional charge.I'm not sure why your school gave you the wrong information about our location, we have
information sheets printed and delivered to every school that states our physical address as well as our mailing address, contact information and web address. Which, until just a couple of days ago had a banner on the homepage which took up 50% of the page - stating that "We've moved" and the new address. This banner has been up on our website since our move Labor Day weekend 2016.I'll make sure that each of our schools have the information sheets we sent out so that this issue doesn't happen again.We aren't happy with our response time either, this is a very busy time of year for us with most of our staff out at school sites daily providing the FREE services required by our contracts. And, unfortunately, being a small family business, we don't always have the personnel to cover every position at all times. We are working on it.We appreciate your business and all those that put their confidence and faith in us to do an exc***t job and am sincerely sorry we let you down.*** ***Boyd Anderson Photography
