The only good thing about Sycamore Park is the scenery The whole United Management's actual management is exponentially horrible, they are rude on all levels They over charge for simple things Your bathroom door has to at a degree angle at all times(FOR WHAT)They are unprofessional and nagging They are the worst and it's a burden lifted for anyone who relocates from this *** home Save the peace in your life and hearts by taking extra time to find somewhere else to reside because this is definitely not a place you would enjoy as a happy home Julie thinks she has more authority than the ownerShe's a mess literallyIf I could rate below a I would definitely do so
When you're file a complaint with the office more than likely they go unnoticed. I've had my bedroom window kicked in twice, from people walking through the surrounding neighborhood. I called the office and let them know what happened and I was told I would be responsible for the damages. There is no gate or anything keeping people from walking through but I'm responsible for the damages. I called the police and all, that still doesn't matter. They over charge for everything. Drip pans that are the worst that I've ever used, they charge 40$, when your can get better ones at home Depot or walmart for 10$. Mold grows in the apartment every winter and all they can say is keep the heat running and clean it. Everything in it is so dirt cheap. I had my charger plugged in the living room, moved my couch over and the plug cover broke. It should not have broken so easily. Needless to say that 3 more broke. Don't touch the blinds because they will break as well and charge 20$ per blind when you're can get a good brand at the same home supply stores for 7/8$, 10 for the good ones. They do inspections every 6 weeks and will threaten to evict your for minor infractions but your complaints go unnoticed. My refrigerator has currently been out for 3 days and no one had came to fix it yet. I have lost all the food in my refrigerator.
