The Dr made 3 pair of glasses. I could not see with and refused o refund my money

Refund I ask Boyd Family to refund the money and he refused
Mr. had an annual eye exam roughly one year ago and received glasses her ordered. He then returned one year later and it was determined that he needed cataract surgery. After cataract surgery he felt we should refund him the money for his glasses he received from his eye exam one year ago because he felt we were not up front with him about the cataracts one year ago. As you know cataracts can change quickly in a years time which is the case with Mr.. This is why we refused to refund him his money for the year old pair of glasses.
