I'll start with WOW! I'd purchased this house with dark tile with dark grout and it's never looked good I just wish I would have taken a before pictureThe black grout looked like it had dried milk all over itNow it's a uniform dark blackI'd called a few contractors prior to getting Tony's prompt return call then prompt visit for a bidHe is personable but professional, 'all business' which I appreciateThe comments from the other contractors were, "Oh, it's not possible to darken grout, you'll have to tear out the existing grout", etcTony's work is not only EFFECTIVE, but he's prompt & considerateIn regard to considerate, he called me morning before our appointment to remind and confirm, also he cleaned up after himself, totallyThe sink where he'd cleaned his applicators was spotlessHe'd even threw in the small bathroom into the deal, which I didn't even approach him with the idea of working on itAs he stated, "I won't be able to confirm whether that small bathroom will look much better, but since I'll be here to do the other work I won't charge you." And it looks much better now! And to think he spent a lot of time and products to clean that area as a courtesyI did tip him extra for it when it came time to pay because I feel it's important to tip good work, I know I'd appreciate itHe arrived as stated, was here for an hour and a half, and voila! Thank you Tony!
