I contacted Boyd Plumbing for assistance with a small issue with an outdoor spigot. We had used Boyd previously for a large pipe leakage, which involved a lot of work under the house. Once again my experience was excellent with Boyd. The scheduler offered several quick appointment options. On the day of the appointment, she called to confirm when the technician was on his way. Fernando arrived right on time. He was very courteous and thoroughly explained the options available for fixing the problem. He took care of the issue, showed me his work and verified no more leaks. I will always call Boyd Plumbing first with any future plumbing issue.

This is the second time I have used Boyd. This experience was every bit as positive as the first--on time, work done in a reasonable amount of time and a solution in a tight space done well, with extra attention to solving a combined functional and cosmetic issue left by a previous/non-Boyd company.

From the day I called to get a quote, to the job completion, I was pleased. They were professional, personable and thorough. They gave me three different options to choose for my water heater replacement and the technician explained each with pros and cons.

I found them and one other plumber on your website. I got three bids overall. Boyd's was who I chose and I am happy with their work.

I was given the name of Boyd's Plumbing from our CA Farmer's Insurance agent, who highly recommended them. Our physically disabled sister lives in Carmichael, and my brother & I maintain her home. *

We had a leak which was discovered to be a part of the water heater. Eric of Boyd Plumbing came out, analyzed the problem, suggested options for resolving the situation and then carried out the choice we made. Eric was pleasant, prompt and efficient. We would definitely call on Boyd Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Vanessa, the person who takes care of customers, is fantastic! Mario the plumber was very nice and explained every step of the repair and why it needed to be done. From my initial call to completion of the service everything went very well. Pricing was a bit on the high side. However, all of the employees have "great customer service" mastered!

My experience with Boyd Plumbing was five star from beginning to end. [redacted] the scheduler and dispatcher provided updates which kept me apprised of our technician's arrival time. Our initial technician, [redacted], was prompt and courteous. [redacted] then provided the final diagnosis of our constant leak, prepared a plan for repair and spent an entire day performing the repairs. He also was always professional, courteous and respectful. My home was left clean and in good repair! Both technicians were also very sweet to my dog. I will definitely use Boyd Plumbing in the future and highly recommend them.

My experience with Boyd Plumbing has been positive from my first call to schedule help through the entire process to the end. [redacted] arrived on time and after listening to my description of the problem, he explained what he would do, why and gave an estimate which was free as advertised. He recommended that I have the county check their end of the line before proceeding which I did that day. When I called to schedule his return, they arranged the schedule for the next day. Again, [redacted] arrived on time and completed the repair very expertly. I had a second problem which I told him would have to wait until I could financially afford it. He said that even though they do offer financing, he understood my situation and said to call when I was ready. He even suggested a stop-gap fix I could do until then. How refreshing is that! I will be calling them when I'm ready.

[redacted] is a great technician. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a new water heater. He gave me great detail of what was going to happen. I trust him and the Boyd Plumbing for any of my future needs. I'm a very happy customer.
