Boyd Specialty Sleep

The Adjustaflex twin xl 5000 bed frame quality is good. Purchased 12 years ago, and now remote is not functioning. Customer service reply: We have not made these beds for a while now and have no replacement remotes. My response: with no remote what good is my bed for to scrap for metal value? Customer service reply: I don't know what to tell you on that. I received no answers or apologies. Very short communication! No answers for me and witnessed no audible concern of any kind. May have to replace whole bed frame due to Boyd having no replacement remotes as many other manufactures that I have searched do. What do you think my chances are that I will shop Boyd for anything? Over a hundred pound bed wasted because no cheap plastic remote available and a company accepting no fault in the matter of having parts to fix the problem as some reputable manufactures do as my search has revealed. Only one star rating, just to show I did not forget to rate them. No service for a high price!
