I was real clear about the three things I needed with from the start
1.get the tree off my house(which they did expertly)
haul debris away (which they did)
grind level the stump (which they did not do) I deducted enough from bill to get it doneThey said they would come back and do it ,but after sunny days passed I figured out that was not the caseNo problem, I didn't pay for it
I would not use a credit card to pay for services because of their merchant services for credit cardsThey really needed to resolve their issue with their merchant services instead of running it again on a another merchant service platform which they said they switched toThey seem like real nice folks, but when you spend that kind of money you want it to be easy and painlessThe only reason it is not full blown negative is that I deducted some from the bill for leftover stump and they do seem like really nice folksJust running card again because their first merchant service was giving them a hard time and not ironing the problem out with them is not logicalYou know if card goes through immediately or not
Note: Throughout this whole thing the card was and is being used constantly with no issues on my end
