I took my Pfaff 1209 sewing machine in today because it had been making a very disturbing noise when sewing and then the machine froze up completely. [redacted] worked on the machine and explained to me what he was doing all along the way. He adjusted several areas of the machine which were out of alignment, adjusted the tensions and did a bit of cleaning, replaced a missing part and so forth. And the machine is sewing beautifully, quietly and I am happy. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and a 'guru' at his craft. He charged me only for the price of the part he replaced, which I really thought was too reasonable. So, I purchased some products which I needed while in his shop. I will happily return to this business when I need sewing machine help and to buy merchandise.
