This has not been reported to the business that there has been any missed after the first incident and when asked during the first incident if they got rid of any of their trash they denied it therefore we stand beside our previous response and will not give a refundIt has taken the consumer a long time to answer to this complaint we will stand by our previous decisionAnd aging if there was an issue this time we should have received a call which we have notThe owner himself picks up that trash and since our trucks are running again there has been no one missed

This is the first time I am hearing from [redacted] ***. There is a cell phone number on the answering machine to call which he has never done. We don't make anyone pay in advance we bill for 3 months at a time however you may still pay monthly which each customer is told when they start with us. We... would glad had responded to the customer had they called us. If they left a message then they would have heard the cell phone number on the answering machine to call. The BBB contacted us the same way I am describing here. She placed a call to the office got the cell number then called me on that. So if Mr. [redacted] would like us to make sure we get his trash we can do so but we do so. When I return to the office I will get his address and make sure the trash is picked up. Again if Mr. [redacted] called the office he would know that I am doing two jobs right now and that there was a cell number to call. Must generally calls are forwarded to the cell phone and I answer it even when I am on the route driving.

In regards to Mrs***'s complaint we stand by our request for payment as she was a customer of ours for the time period statedYes she does live in a shared driveway and was trying to take advantage of that fact and not pay her billWe went to the other customers homes in that driveway and
asked that they separate their trash from hers to get this resolved and she still continued to mix hers in with theirs to get the serviceWe did stop at the home and speak to the mother and ask for a current phone number as the one we had on file was no longer in service and she had not responded to our previous lettersAubrey's account was under a previous name of *** and not *** at the time that service was started*** also posted a review on Google's review page which she has since deleted after getting in contact with the Revdex.com that Boyd's was a rip off that she had paid us for months worth of service at which time we never picked up her trash at allSeems her stories don't match either otherWhen *** called into Boyd's she was the individual yelling and screaming and cursing to the staff here, there was a driver in the office at the time of the incident that over heard her as she was on speaker phone and was told several times that if she could not speak to the staff appropriately the call would be terminated until she could conduct herself appropriatelyThe was ended at that point due to lack of respect Aubrey had and when she called back she sent to the voice mail which was left for the owner to listen to and he stated after listening to her screaming and yelling and cursing that he doesn't expect anyone to be spoken to that way and to turn her over to collections and not to handle her any longer. Since *** has been turned over to collections with proof of services turned into the collections agency we have had no contact with her*** tried to dispute the claim with the collections agency and proof of services was sent to them which is why she has now turned to the Revdex.com to try this angle to get out of pay the bill

This has been dealt with and no further complainta by customerOur trucks were broke down and we were at the mercy of another business to get them fixed

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

Sorry I have been out for a few days with my sugarI have spoke to Bob and we are willing to make a one time exception in this case(Frankly because I was not employed here at the time and I do not feel this is my fight to take on since his ex-wife is not willing to turn over the paperwork she claims she has.) We will drop the charges under one circumstance that is that Mrs*** stop telling lies about our company to others and stop make complaintsIf she can make that accommodation we will meet her request and that she not tell anyone that we came to this agreement as there are others that owe many years and we can not continue to take losses due to people not being honest

There was no credit given for the missed weeksOur trash was picked up once and has been two weeks again with no service

Boyd's sanitation has responded with no true facts or informationI have proof of the closing of my home after their "billing period." I can provide phone records proving my number was never changedI have never called them and spoke to anyone yelling or inappropriatelyAnytime I have tried to resolve the conflict it was done with complete professionalism, and respect, though I was never met with the same respectI have never had my trash cans out for them to take them, or hid my cans in with another neighborsThey can provide no proof of a contract, no proof of service, and no proof of any agreementI have a signed agreement with the only trash company I have usedLegal counsel will unfortunately be the next step to end the harassment
