I told him the $cancellation fee allowed to get out of aContract worth $+ $for access card + $74= enrollment = $total responsibly for only $cancel fee..I believe this is fair and why it is in placeI again do not know about this lawIf it can be shown and Proven from a law authority of this, being a reputable business and law abiding I would honor itAny feelings this customer has because we did not honor a stated law that we have no knowledge of, I am sorry of and I believe is an overreactionMy contract should be followed and is approved internationally by Snap corporate..we try to always work things out and that is why we have an early cancel fee so not to insisting on owing the entire amountThis is fair and honorable looking at it from this perspectiveBut if law can be Proven then that prevails

During this phone call the owner stated multiple times that he knew of the law but his contact supercede the lawThe owner is choosing to use mudslinging tactics to avoid the main issue that he fails to follow a law that he has acknowledge he is aware of
