I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I didnt know how to reply about the replie besides hiting the I dont aggree tab so im emailing you. His letter didnt even address the prob all it did was talk about the price I know it was a great price, the problem is the work not the price idve gladly paid a little more and had the job done right. But I went with the best price "he lied about that too in his return letter he qouted me 60$ loaded and if wasnt loaded he said 90$ and I did add one more thing to the work order that was bushings I paid 240$ 90+90=180 I thaough thats what the xtra 60$ was for?" allbhis letter did was mention prices im mad about the shady work and now haveing to have aother shop do it over. Thats my problem sir, thanks [redacted].

re the work done was done correctly the customer needed an aliment he did not want to pay for it that would fix part of his problem. the other problem is more bushings that he didn't want done ill we have is his non professional opinion to go on that it was done incorrect. the customer doesn't even realise when you take front end parts apart its mandatory to have an aliment theres just no pleasing some people thanks Robert b[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. heres a copy of my alignment papers from [redacted] because now Mr B[redacted] is saying I didn't get it aligned you can clearly see the date in the top left corner Thanks for ur help with this con artist wonder what his next excuse is going to be? first its all about the price now hes saying I didn't get it aligned whats next lol. [redacted]he said I didn't bring the car till april 2 that's the day I picked it up he doesn't even keep straight records or hed know that I droped it off to him on march 30th 9am

in re: of id [redacted] The customer called Boyd's and ask what the labor charge is on removing and replacing loaded struts on 3 27 2015 The customer was told 110.00 per side plus tax The job will be completed in one day he was buying his on parts and will bring it in on Monday. Monday came and went...

and so did Tuesday Wednesday April 1 2015 the customer showed up with a large box of parts stating he could only find the parts to build the strut towers that's what took him the extra 2 days. The customer also added 2 more bushings for his lower control arms the labor for that was an additional 108.00 per side which was completed for no extra charge to the customer . He was made aware the extra assembly of the struts will take an extra 2 days and he was 2 days late and we were fitting him in. The customer was also informed the car needed to have an alignment which he declined to have preformed . The customers original complaint was the noise. He diagnosed his own problem and the parts he bought did not fix the problem .. when he returned April 20 2015 more than 2 weeks later this was explained to him the problem is in his sway bar bushings not with the parts he chose to have us replace The work was completed for less than half of the going price I don't know what else can be done to make him happy ..
