First Family Auto has hundreds of very satisfied customersWe also are one of the only Buy Here Pay Here sales lot to offer a month warrantyIn June of Ms [redacted] came in and purchased a Mazda 5, after driving the vehicle, she brought it back with check engine light on saying the heads were blownWe sent car to shop to have checked they found nothing wrong with motor or heads (enclosing repair order from shop)Ms [redacted] wanted us to trade her or give her money backWe have a policy that we do not give money back we will try to trade you into another car or hold deposit till you pick out another car(Enclosing for Ms [redacted] signed that cash down is nonrefundable)Ms [redacted] chose to pick out another car Chevrolet EquinoxShe took delivery of this vehicle on 06/19/when purchasing she signed the We Owe for stating we owed no repairs or free work (enclosed) After a few days she came back with issue with gas hand , we ordered part it sit here for about a month , she never could leave car so we could get the repair doneI placed the part in the back of her car when she came in to pay paymentA few weeks later the cv axle broke on front of carWe sent to *** Transmission and had repairs done, they also installed fuel pumpThe reason it took and half days to get car picked up by tow service she moved the car from location she gave for carAs for the overheating issue Alex my service person and myself went to her work and picked car up and brought back to shop I drove car and shop drove and never got to run hotThe gage would rise but never showed in the red or hotBattery issue, we check to make sure they hold charge and are working proper there is no way to know when a battery will go badThe heat and cold can kill a batteryAccording to our shop that worked on her car they bought a battery and installed in her car at no charge to herAs for car stopping Saturday the 7th we sent shop to pick car up he found the reason car would not start it was out of gasThere was no key with car so he had to pick her up from work and take her home to pick up key, she wanted to get belongings out of car because she said she was turning car in to Family AutoThe car is at shop now having a new fuel pump installed and gauges checked I also have her in a rental car I feel that Family Auto has gone above and beyond to take care of this customerWe want to take care of every customer but now and then you can’t make someone happy no matter how you try Thanks for your time Glyn T [redacted] Family Auto
