I understood everything in it's entirety MrBoyland. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN except through written correspondence at my home residence via the United States Postal Service. This matter is far from over

In letters to Mr. [redacted] dated November 11, 2015 and December 28, 2015 as well as the response to this complaint, the procedures for requesting information were well laid out. Since Mr. [redacted] does not seem to understand what was written, please allow me to state it as simply as I can.Write a letter to the Board describing your desire, questions and concerns. Put it in the mail addressed to Country Club Condos, [redacted]
The Board will discuss and answer his questions. Our matter in this issue is closed.

Mr. [redacted] is a Unit Owner
in the Country Club Condominium Association. As such, he is bounded by the
legally recorded Articles of Incorporation with the State of Ohio and the
Declaration and By-laws recorded with the Licking County Recorder’s Office. Those
documents contain...

information identifying the duties and responsibilities of
Unit Owners and Directors and Officers. The By-laws provide the Board of
Directors the opportunity to contract with a management company, which the
Board has legally done.
Mr. [redacted] has been told both
verbally and in writing the process for notifiying the Board of Directors of
any concerns or complaints he may have. That process is to send a written
letter to the Board. However, Mr. [redacted] has chosen to leave derogatory notes on
Directors doors and to leave phone message with our office and our emergency
phone system.
In Mr. [redacted]’s complaint, he
has failed to mention that I have spoken to him on several occasions and mailed
him a five page letter acknowledging his phone calls and messages. He also
failed to acknowledge that the phone calls I presumably failed to answer were
left on the emergency phone (not an emergency) on the weekend and the other
call was to the office phone at 4:55am.
Regarding Mr. [redacted]’s concerns
related to Unit Owner meetings, it is the duty and responsibility of the
Association President to call such meetings. Additionally, quarterly financial
reports are prepared and presented by us to the Board of Directors as required
in our management contract. Boylan Property Management has never left a
threatening letter in Mr. [redacted]’s mailbox.
Regarding Mr. [redacted]’s request
for a personal trash tote, his request was forwarded to the Board President. I informed
Mr. [redacted] by phone that the President responded that the Association would
continue to use just the four shared toters in the complex.
Regarding Mr. [redacted]’s belief
that snow was not removed to his liking, the Association has a contract with a
vendor that contains specific criteria for removal as determined by the Board
of Directors. The specific event Mr. [redacted] referred to did not meet those
standards.
Boylan Property Management
has an excellent track record spanning 18 years of condominium association
management. While we appreciate hearing Mr. [redacted]’s concerns, we encourage him
to follow the instructions outlined for him in our letter dated November 11,
2015 prior to making such accusations.

I wish to have a meeting to go over the finances for the Country Club Condominium Association Bylaws. I wish to direct this to Mr. Boylan and [redacted]. It is a very important issue. I am requesting he respectfully ask the board of my request.
