My name is Frank [redacted] and I am a tenant of Boyland property managementWhen we moved in the home that we rented was filthy, there was dog hair throughout the house, the carpet was dirty and the cabinets were never cleanedThey have been the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with as a renter They do not answer service calls and they lie My fiance passed away half way through the lease and their representative verbally told me that they would let me out of the lease for a $fee which I agreed to Then later in an E mail, after I already made arrangements to move into a new apartment they sent me an e mail stating that I was responsible for the rent until they rented the house which was not our agreement I had to cancel my move and un pack my entire house On one occasion the manager of boyland stated that one of my complaints that there was no water coming upstairs to any of the bathrooms was just a event that had nothing to do with their responsibility This happened before Bridget's death and even then this arrogant manager offered to let me out of the lease I would not recommend doing business with this company under any circumstances
