June 10,Dear Sir/Madam:We are responding to Case No: [redacted] - [redacted] .Our Technician went to do a service call at their home and was there for minutes according to the "Fleet Locate Log, The customer called to discuss their invoice totaling $ and requested a reduction in chargesThe original Invoice was reduced to $ and [redacted] came and paid the invoice In full, We received an e-mail from [redacted] requesting another adjustment on their InvoiceWe responded by e-mail and reduced the invoice for the second timeWe have mailed a refund check to the customer for $ 45.00.All supporting documents are attached for your convenience.In conclusion, we feel this matter has been resolved in a fair and reasonable manner.Sincerely, Doug BPresident
