I was extremely pleased with Boyles Furniture I had looked for a bedroom suite at several other furniture stores here in Dallas, all without any measurable help The second store really tried to take me to the proverbial cleaners! Then, I called Boyles Amanda really did a terrific job getting me the best price, great service and delivery I would contact Boyles again and again Ultimately, I saved nearly $1,on my furniture which arrived in wonderful condition and looks fantastic in my bedroom! Thank you Boyles!

My transaction with Boyle was exactly as promised The item ordered was delivered on time and defect free The transporter, *** ***, was diligent in keeping us posted The only question I have: since the item ordered was in stock, it seems strange that it would take weeks But that is what was promised and what was delivered

We purchased a motorized reclining Hancock & Moore sofa through Boyle’s about 1/years ago that had a connection on one side that went bad Boyle’s quickly facilitated the request for the needed repair part through the manufactured that was delivered directly to us They followed up to make sure the part was received and that sofa now worked again

I am so impressed at the service I was given over a small order I was looking for one night stand to complete a bedroom set we had I was given prompt feedback on all my questions and their pricing was competitive.The delivery process was clearly explained and the furniture was delivered within the timeframes established The communication with the delivery company was very good The delivery people were courteous and very careful in bringing the furniture into our home I will definitely consider using Boyles again

I ordered a chair in February The contacted me and told me that the color I wanted was not available and I would have to choose another At first I said I didn't want to change colors, and they said they could provide the chair as initially ordered Then I decided to change colors, and they told me it was not possible because my fabric had already been cut (it was two days later) When I appealed to them to see if I could get the color changed, they said they would call the manufacturer and see Many conversations ensued, and they told me they would call and let me know the decision After five weeks of waiting, I had not received a call and it was time for delivery of my chair, so I called them to see when it would be delivered I was told the manufacturer wanted something in writing saying I want the chair in the original color, and I became angry and told them they were supposed to call me back and never had, and they already have $of my money, and I will not provide an

We purchased several pieces of patio furniture from Boyles in 2005, which is still under mfg warrantyWe contacted the manufacturer directly (***), who informed us we needed to work through Boyles for any warranty claimsOn July 9th I sent an email to Boyles Customer Service ***) and have not received a replyWe have attempted to contact Boyles via phone but no one answers their CS line or allows a message to be leftWe are unable to get anyone at Boyles to acknowledge or respond to our claim and need assistance
