I did try to respond but could not get through to you based on the written information I received.  When I went to your website there was no place to enter the assigned ID.I spoke with [redacted] a week ago regarding her situation; She lives in Pray Montana, a small rural community with few...

services.  She had purchased 2 Extended warranties on her appliances and it turned out no service centers would come to Pray to service them so the warranties were pretty much useless.  I contacted the warranty company on her behalf (Warrentech) and they agreed to a refund less a pro-rated amount since they were purchased on 6/26/14.  I did not agree with Warrentech pro rating the warranties since they had never been used so I told [redacted] we would refund the difference that Warrantech did not pay.  We are waiting to receive a check from Warrantech.I'll call [redacted] again today and see if the check was sent to her instead of to Bozeman Furniture & Appliance.Thank you[redacted], MGR

Review: Purchased an extended warranty on a new refrigerator and new dishwasher purchase. Have problems with refrigerator. Service company refuses to come on-site as contract states and repair refrigerator. Placed phone calls to Bozeman TV on eight (8) seperate occasions. Was told a representative would call back. No response from anyone at Bozeman TV. Made a physical appearance at Bozeman TV store. There was no one present who would answer our inquiries. Was told again someone would contact us. Have had no response from anyone. Made two (2) additional phone calls - no response to our inquiries.Desired Settlement: Refund of purchase price of extended waaranty.
