Their are other tuck pointing projects going on in the neighborhood. My home owner talked to the neighbor and explained... we offered him [redacted] Card for his inconvenience. Whatever the neighbor is requesting as a resolution, we will be more than happy to replace his plants and shop vac his home.

Jim Bozikis sent out his plumber, Scott F[redacted], to replace my water heater. Upon arrival and inspection, he found that I only needed a part replaced. The part and labor cost me around $200.00. They could have just replaced and made more money for the company but instead saved me money. Thank you Bozikis Home Repair!

washed the porch before he filed the complaint. We have been their twice to apply 2 coats each time and it will required 2 more coats of sealer.
