[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company left all this trash in my backyard (claiming I am responsible for it) Every company removes there own trash! I have many photos and video of the terrible job with painting, flooring, large hole left in bathroom wall, porch rail not installed properly, grout dust and trash left throughout the house, oven vent does not operate properly and moreWhen I paid the original contract in full I assumed Brian (superviser) will do most of the work and supervise the other extremely not experienced workersTelling "me at the price I am giving you I will not touch that place" He then goes on vacation to Las VegasWhen he comes back he tells me I am embarrassed lack of the work that was doneHe promised to be done in 3-weeks with workers working everyday Monday thru FridayIt takes months to finish job and I am currently repairing the work they did so I lost a lot rental incomeAs for my nephew doing extra work well he was doing it on his free time because I always helped himBrain at one point did not pay him for over a month and he was late on his car payment because of thisNephew is afraid to say anything because he lives in Brian's home with his daughter and will be kicked out if he talksBrian is a ex-con and I would never had hired him if I had knownI have text showing his foul language and threat of "knocking my head of my shoulders" I have many family member as witness to the horrible job they didI thought he was a good guy and family but I was obviously wrong Regards, [redacted]

Explanation about a complaint toward my company.Customer is unhappy due to the fact I mailed him a bill that had to be paid before work continued Two minor things need to be done to fullfill my contract Customer took advantage of my employee (who is related to customer) telling him to do extra work that was not in my contract "Proposals are enclosed" Had to pull my employee out of the customers home due to Roaches in all electrical outlets etc Received many negative texts from the customer Told him numerous times that I would go back an finish when the bill is paid Bottom line is this is a case of an individual who takes advantage of contractors.I would like to make a complaint that this individual is a slumlord Place was unlivable

To whom it may concern,       The customer and I txt back and forth in an immature way. We both said things that I'm sure was said out of anger. I forwarded the contract to you (Revdex.com).. to include a balance due. When the balance is paid then I will gladly redo what needs to be done. If balance is not paid within 60 days, I will be suing for the balance. As for my employee, he was paid. What he does,with his pay is his responsibility. I have two other customers who are family members with the customer who made the complaint. Those family members, to this day, still call me for work that needs to be done, and their are absolutely no complaints. The customer paid for what was on the contract, not all the extras that I forwarded to the Revdex.com. Their is obviously something wrong with this picture here. The customer expected a ten thousand dollar job when he could only afford 3400. I'm sry he feels the way he does. I've been in business for many years and this is my first complaint. As for the continously comments about my being an excon, that has nothing to do with the type of work I do, nor how I treat my customers. A majority of us had made mistakes. I am rejecting this response because:
